Course Description
Teaches fundamentals of piano performance in a class format.
Course learning outcomes
1. Identify notes on the keyboard and the Grand Staff.
2. Will be able to tap rhythms quarter, half, dotted half, whole and eighth notes.
3. Will be able to play beginning pieces when hands are in five finger pattern.
4. Play all five finger patterns in any major key.
5. Identify major key signatures.
