- Effective AY 2025–26: MA 150 Pharmacology (3 credits) will transition to three sequential one-credit courses. During the curriculum development phase, these courses will be offered as MA 199 (1 credit, repeatable). Students must complete all three MA 199 credits to fulfill the pharmacology requirement. This change allows for more focused study of drug classifications and enhanced preparation for licensure examination. Beginning with the 2025-26 academic year, these courses will be permanently numbered as
- MA 105 Pharm for Med Assistants I (1 credit)
- MA 106 Pharm for Med Assistants II (1 credit)
- MA 107 Pharm for Med Assistants III (1 credit)
