Course Description

Explores visual communication, the process of concept illustration, and rendering with industry-standard software. Introduces character, environmental, and storyboard illustration. Emphasizes development of preliminary art.

1. Create a comprehensive character study.
2. Create a comprehensive environmental study.
3. Create a complete storyboard.
4. Apply advanced digital rendering techniques using industry-standard software.
5. Use media-specific terminology to receive and provide feedback.
