Course Description
Covers in depth the full function and management of projects including writing bids, understanding costs associated with metal fabrication, and meeting deadlines in a safe and quality-effective manner. Conceive and finish projects with a wide variety of materials and processes.
Course learning outcomes
1. Apply safe and efficient work habits related to industrial fabrication and metalworking.
2. Operate metal fabrication and welding machinery at an entry-level professional standard.
3. Perform cost and time analysis of items fabricated from various metals.
